Trainee Calling Agent - Banking | Wellawatta/ Maradana / Mt Lavinia / Union Place / Narahenpita
Key Accountability
- Handling inbound calls effectively.
- Understand and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide service related information & solutions for customers.
Basic Qualifications & Details
- G.C.E. O/L passed with "C" pass for Mathematics & "C" for English.
- Excellent Communication skill in Sinhala, English, or Tamil.
- Shift time roster basis.
- Age between 18 and 30 years.
- Previous experience in Customer Service & Call Centre would be a definite advantage.
- Transport will be provided within 20km.
- Preferred Male Candidates.
