Visa Consultants - Wellawatta
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation services to clients regarding visa processes (Student visa, Dependent visa, Business visa, and all other visa-related tasks)
- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures of various countries
- Assist clients in filling out visa applications and ensuring the accuracy of documentation
- Follow up with embassies, consulates, and students/clients for updates
- Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data
- Manage customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in International Relations, Business, or related field)
- Prior experience in visa processing or immigration consultancy is a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Familiarity with documentation, embassy requirements, and online application portals
- Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage)
