Documentation Executives

Responsibilities:
- To call identified existing Clients of the Capital TRUST Securities (Pvt.) Ltd., and to make them understand the benefits of opening a 'Margin Trading Account', to conduct their trading/investments at the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).
- Email/Whats App required information to called Clients
- Make follow up calls, to called Clients, to get them to finalize opening their 'Margin Trading Accounts'.
- Maintaining required records on these matters.
- Carry out any other activity related to Documentation Division.
Requirements:
- Engaging conversational abilities to convey what is required to Clients.
- Prior experience in a Call Center or in Tele-Sales or in Sales is preferred.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Need to be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Emailing.
- Age 35 or below
