Web Production Officer
We are looking for a structured, detail-oriented Web Production Officer (Digital Content Specialist) to join our team. You will manage daily website operations, publish digital assets, and assist with major website migrations and rebranding projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, update, and publish web pages and components using enterprise CMS platforms.
- Ensure all web content adheres to brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and quality standards.
- Import and convert text, images, and videos into web-appropriate formats.
- Maintain rigorous file management, job coding, and risk-assessment protocols.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Web Production teams to optimize user experience.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like AEM, Sitecore, or WordPress VIP.
- Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to handle asset optimization (images, video) and basic editorial/proofreading checks.
- Systematic working style with a strong understanding of website user experience (UX).
- Excellent teamwork and collaborative communication skills.
