We're looking for a creative, organised, and confident all-rounder to join us on a rolling freelance basis and grow with us.
About the role
This is a broad, varied role that sits across content creation, social media, and personal assistance. You'll be working directly with our founder across several client accounts, so adaptability and a collaborative spirit are essential. No two days will look the same.
You'll work fully remotely, managing your own time around a flexible 36-hour week — so strong self-organisation is a must.
What you'll be doing
- Podcast presenting — appearing on and presenting podcast episodes on behalf of clients, with confidence and personality on camera and on mic
- Social media management — creating and scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and managing accounts across multiple clients
- Photo editing — editing and retouching images to a high standard for social and digital use
- Blog writing & content sourcing — writing engaging, well-researched blog posts and sourcing appropriate images and assets to support them
- Research — carrying out desk research to support content creation and client strategy
- Personal assistance — managing inbox, scheduling calls, joining meetings, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
What we're looking for
- Comfortable in front of a camera and microphone — presenting feels natural to you
- Solid writing skills with an eye for engaging, readable copy
- Confident with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)
- Competent with photo editing tools (e.g. Adobe Lightroom, Canva, Photoshop or similar)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling tasks across multiple clients without dropping the ball
- A self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
- Intermediate level — you don't need years of experience, but you should be able to hit the ground running
