Marketing Executive (Field Operations)
Job Summary
Forte International is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to expand our healthcare referral network across Sri Lanka. This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel to meet doctors, hospitals, healthcare institutions, and business partners. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident, and passionate about building professional relationships and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare institutions across Sri Lanka.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, consultants, hospitals, and referral partners.
- Identify and secure new referral sources and business opportunities to expand the company's network.
- Promote Forte International's healthcare services and international treatment programs.
- Represent the company at meetings, healthcare events, and networking activities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth patient referrals and partner communication.
- Achieve monthly business development and partnership targets.
- Submit regular field visit reports and market feedback to management.
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, business development, sales, or healthcare coordination.
- Strong command of English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
- Possession of a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
- Salary and total package will be negotiated according to the experience of the applied candidate.
