We are seeking a dynamic and organized Reservations Manager/Executive to join our growing team at Hospitality Network SL. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to generate reservations for our hotels through various channels.
- Handle incoming reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems.
- Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and hotel facilities.
- Process and confirm reservations, ensuring all necessary details are accurately recorded.
- Manage guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update the property management system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel reservations or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using property management systems and reservation software.
- Knowledge of the local tourism industry and attractions.
