Senior Executives - Deposit Mobilization | Island Wide

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to mobilize deposits and meet monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with branch teams to identify potential deposit opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with CBSL directions and legal frameworks related to deposit mobilization.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations on performance and progress.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in banking or finance industry.
- A Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a professional qualification in CIM/SLIM/CIMA would be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
