The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain depositors, enhance deposit mobilization, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement deposit mobilization strategies to meet organizational targets.
- Drive the growth of the company's deposit base by identifying and acquiring new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing depositors to ensure customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report on the performance of deposit mobilization activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in deposit mobilization or a similar role in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of banking and financial products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective strategies and achieve targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
