Showroom Manager
Edys Holdings is a growing retail brand specializing in selling premium outdoor furniture and home solutions. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented professional to join our management team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, quality are met.
- Work with staff to achieve sales goals while maintaining high quality standards while satisfying customer needs and enhancing the company's reputation.
- Must have ability to take full responsibility of the showroom and staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree /Higher National Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
- Minimum 05 years of experience in sales or showroom management
- Proficient in MS Office and general computer literacy
- Excellent communication skill with fluency in English is mandatory, strong leadership, and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management and sales promotions
