HR cum Admin (Male)

Salary: LKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month
Job Summary
Flight Fare Experts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR cum Admin professional to support our Sri Lanka operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Human Resources and Administration, with a strong understanding of Sri Lankan Labour Laws and HR compliance. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, compliance, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Prepare employment documents, including offer letters, employment agreements, warning letters, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan Labour Laws and employment regulations.
- Advise management on HR policies, statutory requirements, and employee relations matters.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR and administrative queries.
- Maintain HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
- Assist in performance management, disciplinary matters, and employee documentation.
- Support administrative activities and coordinate with internal teams as required.
- Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by the management.
Eligibility
- Male candidates only.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Excellent knowledge of Sri Lankan Labour Laws and HR compliance.
- Experience in employee documentation and HR operations is mandatory.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Salary & Benefits
- LKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month (based on experience).
