- වයස අවුරුදු 30 ට අඩු
- NVQ මට්ටම 03 හෝ ඉහළ
- ඉලෙක්ට්රොනික උපකරණ අලුත්වැඩියාව සහ නඩත්තු කිරීමේ පළපුරුද්ද
- ඉලෙක්ට්රොනික පද්ධති සහ විනිශ්චය මෙවලම් පිළිබඳ ගැඹුරු දැනුම
- ඉලෙක්ට්රොනික උපාංග වල දෝෂ හඳුනාගෙන අලුත්වැඩියාව කළ හැකි හැකියාව
- LCD/LED TV, ශබ්ද පද්ධති සහ ඩිජිටල් උපාංග අලුත්වැඩියාව පිළිබඳ පළපුරුද්ද

Ideal person we are looking for;
- Age below 30 years
- NVQ level 03 above
- Experience in electronics repair and maintenance
- Sound knowledge in electronic systems and diagnostic tools
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electronic components
- Proficiency in repairing Hi-Tech Products (LCD LED TV, Sound Systems and Digital Devices)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Possesses good interpersonal skills, flexibility, adaptability and a good team player
