Sales Executive (Softlogic Interiors)
Softlogic Retail Pvt Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Softlogic Holdings PLC and one of Sri Lanka's largest organized consumer electronics and furniture retailers, is seeking ambitious and talented individuals to join our join our team as a Sales Executive - Softlogic Interiors. Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with potential clients, corporate customers and leads generation.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable interior solutions, products and design concepts.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop proposals, layouts and quotations.
- Follow up on leads, quotations and ongoing negotiations to close sales effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.
- Support project coordination by liaising with operations, suppliers and installation teams.
You will be the perfect candidate if you meet the following criteria;
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in interiors, furniture, construction or related industries.
- Experience in project-based sales environments is compulsory.
- Ability to interpret design drawings and layout plans.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts and space planning is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with design software systems is an advantage.
