IT Executive
The IT Executive will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to ensure smooth operation of systems, networks, and hardware, while minimizing downtime and supporting business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain windows operating systems and Linux-based servers.
- Managed an Active Directory and O365 Environment.
- Monitor system performance, security, patch management and familiar with backup methodologies.
- Troubleshoot hardware, network and software issues across the organization with minimum supervision.
- Ensure IT security best practices are followed, including end point protection, access control and data privacy compliance.
- Excellent documentation skills on technical SOPs.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT related services and support
Requirements
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Linux and windows administration/tech support
- Proven knowledge on networking and IT Support -L2 Support.
- Excellent customer care etiquette.
- Familiarization with virtualization.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Time Management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Open to work on a 24x7x365 roster.
