Team Leader
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools (advanced Excel skills are required)
- Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be considered an added advantage)
- Gender: Male/Female
- Strong understanding of call center operations and KPIs
- Ability to work on weekends (Saturday)
