Junior Executive – Retail Operations

What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients at our showroom, guiding them through our product range and helping them find the perfect pieces for their space
- Manage communications across our social media channels, responding to enquiries and nurturing leads through to conversion
- Coordinate customer orders with our operations team, ensuring smooth fulfilment and timely delivery
- Assist in creating content for our online channels as part of the wider marketing effort
What We're Looking For
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar retail or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're warm, confident, and people enjoy dealing with you
- Good coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Familiarity with social media platforms and comfortable engaging with customers online
