Teller | Islandwide
As a Teller, you will be responsible for accurately handling financial transactions, ensuring timely and secure banking, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role also includes maintaining meticulous records and reports, contributing to the overall efficiency and transparency of financial operations. You will report directly to the Branch Manager and be part of a dynamic team of professionals in the Non-Banking Financial Services sector. The ideal candidates should possess the following profile:
THE JOB ROLE
- Balance daily cash collections and ensure proper banking of cash and cheque in line with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of post-dated cheque in chronological order.
- Deliver prompt and efficient service to customers, minimizing delays.
- Conduct daily physical cash verification to ensure accuracy and security.
- Generate and maintain regular transaction reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Prior experience in the Finance/Banking Industry.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively.
- Passed G.C.E (O/L) and G.C.E (A/L).
- Sound skills in computer/ MS Office package.
- Good Customer service Skill and team spirit.
