Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base through partner networks.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and business potential.
- Liaise with marketing departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales through partner networks.
- Drive sales activities, including product demonstrations, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to recommend strategies and tactics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on technology or software solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for persuasive and articulate presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- A genuine passion for technology and staying informed of industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
