Machine Operator (Packer/Frying Section) | Ja Ela - Ekala
Requirements:
- Age below 40 years
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification
- Experience in food manufacturing will be an added advantage
- Ability to operate production machinery and packing equipment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required
- Ability to follow quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- NVQ level 4 Mechanical Training Course qualification will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate frying and packing machines efficiently
- Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the work area
- Perform routine machine checks and report any issues
- Follow company safety procedures and production targets
