Digital Marketing Executive (Male) | On-site – Kasbewa
A rising top brand in natural cosmetics is scouting a data-driven, creative Digital Marketing Executive to dominate both digital feeds and Colombo's premium retail hubs.
The Role:
- Performance & Growth: Launch, track, and optimize high-ROAS ads across Meta, Google, and TikTok, while scaling our Daraz and e-commerce stores.
- Content & Virality: Script, shoot, and deploy high-engagement Reels, TikToks, and high-converting copy.
- On-Ground Activations: Coordinate and execute premium brand pop-ups and retail events at One Galle Face, Havelock City Mall, and CCC.
The Fit:
- 1–2 years of proven track record in performance marketing and social media management.
- Hands-on platform expertise (Meta Ads Manager, Canva, CapCut/Premiere).
- A unique mix of analytical skills and high-energy, on-ground execution.
Location: On-site – Kesbewa (with local travel for mall events)
