Marketing Executives (Female)
We are in search of driven and reliable Marketing Executives to market and sell imported building materials such as architectural paints, textures and decorative high-pressure laminate panels.
Your efforts will help us meet and exceed our business goals, playing a vital role in our company's rapid and sustainable growth.
Job responsibilities:
- Market and sell paints, textures and decorative high-pressure laminate panels
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Meet with architects and developers
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience in marketing. A background in Hotel Management is also acceptable
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala, and the ability to converse in Tamil is advantageous Sufficient knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner with a passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- A diploma in the relevant field will be advantageous
- A minimum of 3 years in marketing similar products
- Below 26 years of age
