Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Colombo District for the position of Student Enrollment Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the student enrollment process, guiding prospective students through application procedures, providing program information, and addressing inquiries. You will collaborate with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets, maintain strong relationships with students, and ensure excellent customer service. The position also requires providing support to ensure smooth onboarding for new students while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proven organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Experience in customer service, counseling, or student support activities
- Knowledge of admissions processes and academic programs is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and passion for higher education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
