Executive / Junior Executive Officer - Channel Development

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the growth and quality of the company’s introducer network by monitoring channel performance, designing high-level engagement programs, and providing strategic insights to optimize the contribution of the introducer base toward business goals.

JOB PROFILE:
  • Monitor the onboarding process and ensure correct categorization of introducers based on their potential and profile.
  • Analyze and monitor the overall performance and productivity of the entire introducer base.
  • Design and manage appreciation and loyalty programs to drive long-term retention.
  • Recommend special commission structures and unique incentive schemes to boost channel performance.
  • Review all channel reports and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Handle complex escalations and maintain high-level relationships with top-tier introducers.
  • Ensure all channel activities and agreements strictly follow company policies and regulatory requirements.

PERSONAL PROFILE:
  • Passed GCE (A/L) Examination. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field from a recognized university or Full or part Professional qualification from SLIM, CIM, IBSL or SLICM or an equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage
  • 1-3 years working experience in channel management, sales strategy, or a similar role within the financial services sector.
  • Advanced analytical skills, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of incentive modelling and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent command of English and Sinhala languages. Ability to speak Tamil will be a distinct advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in a performance-driven environment.
