Regional Credit Analysts (Assistant Manager - Credit) | Northern / North Central / Central & Southern Regions

Key Responsibilities
- Review and authorize credit proposals within the stipulated Delegated Authority (DA) limits while ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal credit policies.
- Assesst analyze, and recommend credit proposals to the higher levels of DA hierarchy.
- Conduct post-credit reviews to ensure portfolio quality and compliance with approved terms and conditions.
- Oversee and maintain overall credit quality of the assigned region, ensuring alignment with the Company's risk appetite.
- Periodically review the regional credit portfolio to identify early warning signals and communicate to the management for proactive risk mitigation and corrective actions.
- Work closely with the branch network and head office teams to ensure effective credit risk management and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate or Diploma in Credit Management or a related professional qualification.
- Minimum of five (5) years' proven experience in credit management in the Finance industry.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with sound knowledge of credit assessments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and regions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating accountability and professional judgment.
- High level of integrity and ethical with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
