Junior Executive - Finance (02 Positions)
ABOUT THE ROLE
CBCF is evolving, and we are looking for two proactive individuals to be a part of our future. This role provides a greater opportunity to be a strategic partner in uplifting CBCF for its next phase of development. You will work closely with the core Finance team to drive value and support the organization's high-level strategic goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial Operations: Process payments, assist with receipting operations including managing system entry postings, and perform related reconciliations.
- Reporting & Documentation: Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, statutory accounts, and MIS reports.
- Liaison & Coordination: Coordinate with branches and departments to ensure the timely delivery of support services and reports.
- Process Efficiency: Identify and support process or system improvements in line with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Part-qualification in CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA, or CMA.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a reputable financial institution.
- Proficiency in MS Office (specially Excel) and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- In hand experience in Al tools is an additional advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines under pressure, and a positive attitude toward change.
