ප්රධාන වගකීම්
- CCTV කැමරා පද්ධති, වායු සමීකරණ ඒකක සහ සාමාන්ය යටිතල පහසුකම් නඩත්තු කිරීම සහ සේවා සැපයීම සඳහා සහාය වීම.
- දෝෂ සහ නඩත්තු අවශ්යතා හඳුනා ගැනීම සඳහා පරිශ්ර, උපකරණ සහ විදුලි උපකරණ නිතිපතා පරීක්ෂා කිරීම.
- පහසුකම් හරහා අවශ්ය පරිදි දෝශ නිරාකරණය කර අලුත්වැඩියා කටයුතු සිදු කිරීම.
- නියමිත වාර්ෂික සේවා පැවැත්වීම සහ අදාළ සියලුම පද්ධතිවල සුමට ක්රියාකාරිත්වය සහතික කිරීම.
- අවශ්ය පරිදි සාමාන්ය සහ විදුලි නඩත්තු කාර්යයන් සඳහා සහාය ලබා දීම.
නිපුණතා සහ අවශ්යතා
- පිළිගත් ආයතනයකින් CCTV කැමරාව හෝ විදුලි කර්මාන්තයේ අවම NVQ මට්ටම 3 ට සමාන වෘත්තීය සුදුසුකම් / සහතිකය.
- CCTV සහ විදුලි නඩත්තුව පිළිබඳ අවම වශයෙන් අවුරුදු 2 - 3 ක පළපුරුද්දක්.
- වලංගු බර වාහන රියදුරු බලපත්රයක් තිබීම අමතර වාසියක් ලෙස සලකනු ලැබේ.
- අවශ්ය පරිදි විවිධ ස්ථානවලට ගමන් කිරීමට ඇති කැමැත්ත
- වයස අවුරුදු 45 ට අඩු

Position Overview
Maintenance Assistant Electrical ensures the optimal performance of our CCTV surveillance systems and supporting infrastructure across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintenance work, with a strong background in CCTV systems, electrical, and air-conditioning services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and servicing of CCTV camera systems, air conditioning units, and general infrastructure.
- Perform routine inspections of premises, equipment, and electrical appliances to identify defects and maintenance needs.
- Troubleshoot and carry out repairs as required across facilities.
- Conduct scheduled annual services and ensure smooth operation of all relevant systems.
- Provide support for both general and electrical maintenance tasks as needed.
Skills and Requirements
- Professional qualification / certificate equivalent to a minimum NVQ Level 3 in CCTV Camera or Electrical from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in CCTV and electrical maintenance.
- Possession of a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence will be considered an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to different locations as required
- Age below 45 years
