Vacancies available for highly motivated, dynamic and result oriented individuals in our Colombo office for the post of Operation Support Assistant.
Job Profile
- You will be assigned to handle business portfolios placed with all leading insurance companies, front office customer services, insurance claims management and telemarketing operations, selected based on your skill levels.
- After the successful completion of the probation period, you will be absorbed to the permanent cadre of the Company and provided with a Guaranteed Career Progression plan equipped with a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) scheme and Financial Support scheme for insurance education in order to develop you as an Insurance Professional.
Your Profile
- Age below 25 years
- 03 Passes in A/L, preferably in the Mathematics or Commerce stream
- Other qualifications in Insurance, Banking or Accountancy will be an added advantage
- Computer literacy and fluency in English are essential
