Salary range : 75,000.00 – 100,000.00 (negotiable based on qualifications/experience) + Incentives + other allowances.

Requirements
- Experience : 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in HVAC & MEP, building materials, or the construction industry
- Qualifications such as a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field are required.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala is a must.
- Possess a valid riding license and motorcycle.
- Age range : 24 years and above
- Based at the office in Boralesgamuwa, with required travel to customer sites in Colombo and other outstation locations as needed
- Working Days/Hours : Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.00 pm
Job role in brief :
- Identify and generate new hot leads in target sectors.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct client visits, site assessments, product presentations, and solution consultations.
- Prepare and submit quotations tailored to project needs.
- Provide technical product guidelines and support to customers.
- Conduct competitor research and product comparisons to position our offerings competitively.
- Negotiate with clients and overseas manufacturers to secure deals.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate the ordering of materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, opportunities, and forecasting
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned, or as your judgment dictates.
