We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Sales Officer to join our premium furniture showroom located in Colombo 07. The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for selling high-end furniture and the ability to provide professional advice to discerning customers
Job Profile
- Attend to walk-in customers and identify their requirements.
- Promote and sell premium furniture products to achieve sales targets.
- Advise customers on suitable designs, materials, and combinations.
- Maintain showroom standards and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and after-sales service.
Personal Profile
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in showroom sales, preferably in furniture, interior design, or lifestyle products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an advantage).
- Pleasant personality with good grooming and presentation skills.
- Passionate about design, furniture, and customer service.
- Target-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
