Store Manager | Kadawatha
At AYAT Couture, we don’t just create garments — we craft timeless couture experiences. We are now seeking a Store Manager who embodies elegance, leadership, and a deep understanding of luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the AYAT boutique with excellence and precision
- Ensure full administration of the store, maintaining a clean, neat, and impeccably organized environment at all times
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized experience to high-end clientele
- Drive sales performance while maintaining the brand’s luxury positioning
- Manage and mentor the store team to uphold AYAT’s service standards
- Oversee visual merchandising to reflect the identity of a couture house
- Coordinate closely with designers and production teams to ensure seamless client journeys
- Maintain strong client relationships and build a loyal customer base
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail management (luxury or fashion industry preferred)
- Strong leadership presence with excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; ability to engage confidently with high-profile clients
- Strong sense of style, aesthetics, and attention to detail
- Proven ability to drive sales and manage targets
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Residence round Kadawatha.
