අවශ්ය සුදුසුකම්
- G.C.E. O/L සමත් වීම ප්රමාණවත් වේ
- Recovery / Collection / Field Officer ලෙස පෙර පළපුරුද්ද තිබීම අමතර වාසියක්
- හොඳ සන්නිවේදන හා සාකච්ඡා (negotiation) හැකියාව
- Field visit සඳහා සූදානම් වීම සහ දුර ගමන් කිරීමට කැමති වීම
- තමන්ගේම යතුරුපැදියක් තිබීම අනිවාර්ය වේ
- වලංගු ධාවන බලපත්රයක් තිබීම අනිවාර්ය වේ
- මූලික ඉංග්රීසි හා සිංහල සන්නිවේදන හැකියාව
- Targets සම්පූර්ණ කිරීමේ හැකියාව
- වගකීම් සහගත හා විශ්වාසනීය පුද්ගලයෙක් වීම

Required Qualifications
- G.C.E. O/L pass is sufficient
- Previous experience as a Recovery / Collection / Field Officer is an added advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Preparation for field visits and willingness to travel long distances
- Must have own motorcycle
- Must have a valid driving license
- Basic English and Sinhala communication skills
- Ability to meet targets
- Responsible and reliable person
