Technical Officer - Hotel Construction | Seeduwa
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Technical Officer to join our team for an ongoing Hotel Construction Project in Seeduwa.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning, coordinating and supervising daily site activities.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and labor teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
- Support the Project Manager in all technical and site-related matters.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in building construction, preferably in hotel projects.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and site operations.
- Proficiency in reading drawings and technical documents.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
