Food Paradise in Kolonnawa is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters to join our team! As a Waiter, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing guests with a warm welcome and an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, presenting menus and answering any questions
- Take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Attend to customer needs, offering recommendations and resolving any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in the restaurant industry
- Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Age: 20 to 35 years
