ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for a Executive - Human Resources at Northern UNI in Jaffna. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions to support the education initiative.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an HR generalist role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience with HRIS platforms will be considered a distinct advantage.
- A high level of emotional intelligence and the capacity to adapt quickly to dynamic environments are highly desirable.
