Manager - Enrollment & Student Services | Jaffna

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement enrollment strategies to meet institutional goals.
- Oversee the entire enrollment process from inquiry to registration..
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to attract prospective students.
- Ensure enrollment targets are met.
- Monitor and report on enrollment metrics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students and their families.
- Develop and manage the enrollment budget.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with academic departments to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Implement and manage enrollment software and systems.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Develop and execute retention strategies.
- Participate in recruitment events and open houses.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Prepare and present enrollment reports to senior management.
- Work closely with financial aid and admissions departments.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enrollment management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting enrollment targets and frequent market visit as needed.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with enrollment software and systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
- Knowledge of marketing and outreach strategies.
- Experience in budget management and Strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements. Strong presentation skills.
