Paradise Cove is a luxury beachfront restaurant and lounge in Midigama, offering refined dining experiences by the ocean. We are seeking reliable and hardworking Cooks to support the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Chefs de Partie in daily kitchen operations. This role focuses on preparation, consistency, and teamwork to ensure smooth service and high-quality dishes

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards consistently.
- Maintain mise en place for your section, ensuring ingredients are prepped and available for service.
- Keep work areas clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Support stock rotation, labeling, and storage to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
- Assist senior chefs during busy service periods, ensuring speed and accuracy.
- Follow all hygiene, health, and safety standards strictly.
- Report any issues with ingredients, equipment, or workflow to supervisors promptly.
- Support with deep cleaning and closing procedures as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a cook, kitchen helper, or commis in hospitality preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow instructions.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods.
