We are seeking motivated and self-driven Medical Representatives to promote the Firstdoctor platform among private medical practitioners and clinics. This is a field-based role ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare technology and confident in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clinics and medical practices to introduce Firstdoctor as a software solution for clinic and practice management
- Clearly explain platform features and benefits
- Build relationships with doctors and administrative staff to ensure successful onboarding and activation
- Meet and exceed monthly acquisition and engagement targets
- Maintain a database of leads, visits, and feedback for internal reporting
- Represent Firstdoctor at relevant healthcare events, conferences, and exhibitions
- Provide basic product demos and coordinate follow-ups with the technical support team
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, field marketing, pharma/medical rep roles, or software promotion
- Diploma or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related disciplines will be an added advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and ability to work independently
- Bike license is mandatory – company-provided motorbike will be issued for field visits
