- At least 3 years of experience in a travel agency
- English fluency & excellent communication skills
SENIOR TRAVEL EXECUTIVE
- Oversee corporate travel accounts, ensuring client satisfaction
- Arrange travel using Amadeus & other systems
- Advise on travel arrangements & solutions
- Handle travel issues & emergencies promptly
- Stay updated on travel regulation
- Build & maintain client & travel partner relationships
INBOUND TOUR EXECUTIVE
- At least 1 year of experience in the tourism industry
- Ability to plan & organize tour itineraries independently
- Good English communication skills
- Positive attitude, team player & client-focused approach
