Are you a skilled leader with hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding? We’re looking for a motivated and experienced supervisor to lead our workshop team and deliver high-quality results!
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Supervise daily fabrication & welding operations
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Manage a team of welders & fabricators
- Ensure top-notch quality and safety standards
👨🏭 What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in steel fabrication & welding supervision
- Strong knowledge of MIG / TIG / ARC welding
- Leadership & teamwork skills
- NVQ or equivalent qualification (an added advantage)
📍 Location: Katuwana Industrial Estate, Homagama
💰 Salary: Rs. 75,000 – 150,000 (based on experience)
