Customer Relations Officer
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Customer Relations Officer to handle filtered leads over the phone, convert them into sales opportunities, conduct follow-ups, and provide product demonstrations when needed. This role is target-based and includes a commission-based salary structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle filtered leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers.
- Provide product demonstrations to customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team when required.
Key Requirements:
- Basic computer literacy.
- Strong communication skills.
- Language proficiency in Tamil/English or Sinhala/English (Tamil or Sinhala will be an added advantage).
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field will be an advantage.
