Kids Ride on Vehicle Technician | Dubai
(NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Automobile Electrical / Motor Vehicle Technology)

Location : Dubai – UAE (Al Quoz 4 Industrial Area)
Salary : AED 3,500/- upto AED 4,000/- per month

Key Responsibilities and Skills:
Assembly & Servicing of Ride Vehicles:
- Skilled in the assembly, servicing, and fine-tuning of battery-powered kids’ ride-on vehicles, including cars, trains, bumper rides, scooters, and mini-jeeps, ensuring safe, reliable, and smooth operation.
DC Electrical Systems Expertise:
- Strong understanding of 12V / 24V / 36V / 48V / 60V DC electrical systems, with proficiency in battery setup, maintenance, charging management, and load balancing suited to continuous public use in entertainment environments.
Component Troubleshooting & Replacement:
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing or replacing DC motors, motor controllers, speed controllers, accelerator/throttle units, switches, relays, wiring harnesses, and safety cutoff systems, ensuring dependable performance of ride vehicles.
Performance & Reliability Optimization:
- Experienced in identifying and resolving noise, vibration, overheating, low-speed output, and battery drainage issues through systematic testing and performance adjustments.
Safety & Presentation Standards:
- Maintain clean wiring, safe insulation, and secure mechanical fittings to ensure child safety, visual appeal, and operational reliability in all public amusement applications.
Preventive Maintenance & Quality Checks:
- Conduct regular inspections, functional testing, and safety verification to minimize downtime and uphold high standards of guest experience in amusement ride operations.
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on experience in kids’ ride-on entertainment systems, battery-operated amusement vehicles, or miniature e-mobility platforms will be considered a strong advantage.
