Outlet Manager/ Floor Supervisor | Kottawa / Thalawathugoda
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Outlet Manager to lead our supermarket located in Kottawa and Thalawathugoda
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Control inventory, minimize wastage, and ensure proper stock levels.
- Handle reports, cash control, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage overall outlet operations efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 02-year experience as an Outlet Manager/Assistant Manager or in a similar role (supermarket/retail preferred)
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to improve sales
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
