Super Colloids Lanka is a fast developing company engaging in the manufacturing of FMCG products of Home Care Detergents, Baby Care Range, Cosmetics and HORECA Products of Industrial Detergents. Currently we are on the lookout for dynamic individuals to expand our team.
Region: All Island
Requirements
- GCE O Levels, Professional qualification from SLIM, higher national diploma from a recognized/related institiution is preferred
- Minimum of 3-4 years experience in FMCG or General Trade Sales
- Sound communication skills, preferable all three languages
- Good IT Literacy (MS Office Package)
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire.
- Proficiency in SFA Systems
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and tactics to penetrate the general trade market effectively
- Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and channels for growth within the territory
- Manage and nurture relationships with distributors and retailers
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and provide reports to management.
