සාමාන්ය නඩත්තු කාර්මික / General Maintenance Technician
One of the most prominent and pioneering mixed development buildings in Colombo, comprising office spaces, residential units, and a shopping mall, is seeking an experienced and qualified individual for the position of General Maintenance Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and repair work within the premises
- Attend to electrical, plumbing, and minor civil/masonry works
- Support installation, servicing, and basic troubleshooting of Air Conditioning systems
- Identify faults and carry out timely repairs to ensure operational efficiency
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with standards
- Coordinate with other team members and external service providers when required
Key Requirements:
- NVQ Level 4 qualification in a relevant technical field.
- Proven experience in general maintenance work
Basic knowledge in at least one or more of the following:
- Air Conditioning systems
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing
- Masonry / civil maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious approach to work
