This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely management of the company’s cash flow, receivables, and reconciliation processes. The position plays a key role in maintaining financial stability and supporting smooth logistics operations amid increasing transaction volumes and business complexity.
Key responsibilities include maintaining real-time visibility of daily cash positions through regular reporting, ensuring operational collections are properly aligned with financial records, proactively identifying discrepancies to minimize revenue leakage, resolving disputes efficiently, and improving accounts receivable performance by reducing outstanding balances and aging debts.
Junior Executive LMP Operation & Revenue
The role is responsible for managing daily financial operations, accounts receivable processes, reconciliations, and month-end activities to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Financial Operations & Reporting
- Prepare and update the Daily Cash Report to maintain real-time visibility of company liquidity.
- Generate performance reports to monitor operational efficiency and key financial KPIs.
- Conduct call rounds based on cash deposits to verify payments and resolve collection discrepancies.
Weekly & Accounts Receivable (AR) Management
- Perform weekly cash reconciliations to ensure alignment between physical collections and system records.
- Prepare AR reports and carry out outstanding reconciliations to reduce aging debt and improve collections.
- Calculate and apply penalties, including COD (Cash on Delivery) and Runsheet-related penalties, for non-compliance.
Month-End Processing
- Execute payment invoice reconciliations and support timely payment processing.
- Manage setoff invoice reconciliations, ensuring accurate adjustments and updates in line with final invoices.
