YOUR PURPOSE
Provide proactive and comprehensive executive support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth operations, effective prioritisation and timely execution of strategic initiatives.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, HR or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting senior management.
- Professional qualification in Secretarial Practice (PIM/NIBM/PQHRM) or Certificate in Secretarial Practice will be an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Age below 40 years will be preferred.
WHAT YOU'LL MAKE HAPPEN
- Manage the MD's priorities, calendar, meetings and travel with precision and professionalism.
- Coordinate strategic projects and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives and action items.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations and Board-level documentation.
- Act as a key liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Organise executive meetings, business visits and corporate events seamlessly.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems and simplify complexity.
- Support the Managing Director in day-to-day administrative and office operations as needed.
