JOB PROFILE
- Preparation of accurate inpatient bills within the given time, zero revenue leakages or underpayments
- Daily audits of existing bills In order to avoid the dis- charge delay
- Collect interim bills and provide on time up to date bills
- Develop knowledge of Hospital Information Systems and Hospital Operations
- Provide necessary information to customers
- Handle customer complaints regarding billing issues
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Self motivated candidate with GCE A/L and part qualifi- cation of any other professional body
- Have minimum of 1 year as a billing clerk in a hotel or hospital
- Be conversant with MS Office packages
- Have sound interpersonal and communication skills with good attention to detail
