Guest Relations Executive
As Sri Lanka’s first and oldest tour operator, proudly established in 1946, we are looking for a dedicated and service-driven Guest Relations Executive to join our team.
The Role
Follow up with guests during their tours, ensure everything is running smoothly, and provide prompt support whenever needed to help create exceptional travel experiences.
We’re Looking for
- Ideally 1+ year of experience in customer care or guest relations
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, professional and service-oriented
- Knowledge of Sri Lanka as a travel destination is an advantage
