Location: Colombo (Colombo 1–15 & nearby suburbs only)

Key Responsibilities:
- Bring in new business to Sri Lanka’s fastest growing insurance company
- Recruit 04 team members within the first month
- Build and expand your team cadre to 12 members within the first 9 months
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
Requirements:
- Age between 27 – 45 years
- Passed G.C.E O/L with Mathematics + 06 subjects
- Must reside in Colombo 1–15 or nearby suburbs (Do NOT apply if you are from outstation areas)
Workplace: Colombo
