IT Support Associate | Ragama
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated IT Support Associate to join our hospital IT team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology and capable of providing hands-on support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Passed G.C.E. O/L and A/L.
- NVQ Level 4 or higher in IT or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the IT field, preferably in a healthcare or enterprise environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, networking, and user support.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hospital users and IT systems.
- Assist in maintaining computers, printers, and network devices.
- Support software installations and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance and service support.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations under the supervision of the IT Manager.
